A spur of the moment thing, I've been trying to find a good style for Cosmo for quite a while and this works pretty well I guess. n.n His hair was actually the hardest part for me. Oh and that's a chocolate pocky stick in his mouth.

Certainly did him justice in that work, but it's really hard to imagine him saying his really stupid (and immensly amusing) lil phrases with a face like that.
